responsible for: assisting with minor injuries, organizing supplies and keeping the clinic clean and in good repair

skills: basic first aid, organization, general handyman-type skills. excellent under pressure, can use his weird magic to remove pain & maybe heal a bit (he totally has never tried but could do it if he did)

limitations: no advanced/formal medical training

extra notes: Adam's been helping out at the clinic since its inception and has learned a lot of basic medical procedures in that time, in addition to being a regular presence among the comings and goings of other staff and having a good knowledge of the organizational aspects of the clinic.

responsible for: new staff recruitment and training, scheduling, patient care, first aid and healing lessons (offered daily at noon barring emergencies), organization & stock checking, supply runs, cleaning, medical records

skills: first aid and healing: cuts, scrapes, broken bones, etc, will-based healing of serious injuries, drawing pain away, excellent bedside manner

limitations: he uses his own energy to heal; it is a finite resource, serious injuries may leave scars or take multiple sessions, he's not strong enough to catch you if you collapse, too short to reach top shelves

inconsistent schedule but on-call at all times

responsible for: treatment of both minor and major injuries (internal and external), poisonings, and treatable illnesses; diagnosis, medical research.
skills: first aid/triage, diagnosis, surgery with and without powers, follow-up care and treatment.
limitations: the worst bedside manner; using his power to perform surgery can be traumatizing to witness (but at least it doesn't hurt?).
extra notes: writeup on the uses of his Devil Fruit. Law has cured his own terminal illness, there's very little he can't handle, and doesn't always use his power to do so. He comes around at odd hours including overnight and hangs around for intermittent lengths of time depending on his need for food.

skills: has a biology degree and two years of med school training, well-versed in anatomy, very strong stomach

limitations: socially inept, mild case of possession, has only worked extensively with dead people

responsible for: first aid, patient wrangling, healing magic limitations: she's progressed with her skills to be capable of doing stitches and setting bone, but anything more involved would require someone else to assist. however, she has been taught healing magic and has taken to it readily. extra notes: she's an immortal, self-healing Grim Reaper and has been around a large number of dead bodies

responsible for: Treatment of major to minor injuries. Surgeries, etc. skills: Physician, surgeon, doctor. He can regrow limbs and even help the robotic folks since he powers work on inorganic materials as well. limitations: He's mute so communication is hard. He's also mysophobic so he might need to take breaks every once in awhile.
