On-call "healer" & emergency responder

skills: has one (1) basic healing spell that works like magical first aid. he can also teleport, which is a much more difficult spell and thus he can only cast it a couple of times per day, but it'll let him arrive at emergency situations almost immediately and he can transport people back to the clinic for the real doctors to take over. he also knows how to do stitches, but unless his magic is totally tapped out, his healing spell will work better.

limitations: outside of teleporting and his single healing spell, he's basically useless.

extra notes: here's the rest of his spell list, as well as the ic spell list he would provide to the regular clinic staff. if there's ever a need for any of this stuff, let him know. he also teaches magic sometimes and will happily pass on his singular healing spell, though it requires making a focus (i.e. you gotta be dedicated and it will take a couple months before you're ready, prob). hit him up if you're interested in this.
