skills: healing with a touch; i.e. Castiel is capable of bringing characters back from the brink of death if need be. He's also pretty harmless and therefore very good at just listening when someone is broken up about things. Castiel can come to your character, and doesn't have to be called through the device to make that possible, you need only pray to him. Unless there's some reason why he can't find your character, i.e. if they're in the caves, a Temple, or the fog, Castiel can fly anywhere in the city. And he has angel gps, so...yup. limitations: can't heal aliens or demons or angels or pretty much anyone who oocly doesn't want him to for some reason, because ~alternate universes~ let's say extra notes: He's a little bit broken in 2016, but if you're reading this in 2017 he's probably more himself, and therefore infinitely more capable. In 2016, he's a pacifist who won't even fight his own battles, though.
