✮ Healing 2: Herbs are medicine too, and Muscovy knows how to use them; setting bones and otherwise treating injuries; using warmth/cold/whatever other premodern but effective means there are in medicine to heal illnesses; etc.

✮ Midwifery, though he's mostly experienced with animals.
limitations: ✮ While he can do anamnesis fine, for the love of all that is holy don't let him do anything psychological/psychiatrical/counselling/etc
✮ Tiny kid, might not be taken seriously
✮ Definitely won't reach any high shelves, seriously, he's like 1m tall
